Depression and stress strike Cappo’s staff

PRIME Minister Julia Gillard’s new mental health chief, Monsignor David Cappo, will leave behind an office crippled by stress and depression. The Advertiser can reveal more than half of the work force of 12 in Monsignor Cappo’s Social Inclusion unit have complained of stress. One has a WorkCover claim and another is on anti-depression medication.
